Should we redo the headcount? If so, then when? I still have everything saved from the last headcount; it’s just all the time and effort that needs to be put into sending the messages and removing members that don’t reply to it that needs to be done. I want to move forward once again and we can’t really do that without knowing who wants to be actively involved. Once that is cleared up, we can move onto the fun stuff, like passing out gems and such.

I think we should redo the headcount. Give people the same amount of time that we did before and then like you said start handing out the badges and gems. :)
I agree with Joanna. I think as long as we do a repeat of before, it won't be too difficult for us to move on after that. The headcount is really a necessary and important step in keeping the novel healthy...what I've been wondering is where the new members have gone? Did anyone know their other characters so we can contact them and ask them to rejoin?
*GRINS* I knew both of you would agree! However, one of you will have to do the next headcount because I did it last time and I’m in no mood to do it again (still pissed off that all my hard work was undone!). Also, like I said earlier, I still have all the information saved from last time, so I can just give it to one of you or post it in our community.
As for the new members, I’m sure that Thessi can contact her friend that joined and I know the person who was Briseida (Briseis), so I can contact her. Is there anyone else? We can always post a message on our boards, like you did at L’Affaire, asking for members to reapply.
I can do the headcount again, if you can give me the relevant messages asap. If we leave it for any longer, I won't have time. Though it may be that I won't be around after the deadline to remove members and whatnot.
I’ve posted both messages for you. Now concerning TLT’s new members: Tamara has rejoined and I’ve welcomed on her, and I’ll try contacting Briseida as soon as I can when PH is working.
